Erin Thompson, PA-C
Erin Thompson is a Physician Assistant with a lifelong passion for aesthetics and all things skin. At a young age she dealt with acne, quickly learning the effect of appearance on one's wellbeing. This led to an interest in improving skin health, which ultimately introduced her to the world of aesthetic treatments. Erin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of San Diego, and then went on to complete a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of St. Francis.
Erin specializes in neurotoxins, filler, and medical-grade skincare that serves to subtly enhance beauty, rather than drastically altering it. Erin's ultimate goal is to help her patients look and feel their best, while taking a safe and natural approach to cosmetic procedures. Erin is Allergan-trained, and studied under the acclaimed American Association of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery (AAAMS) in Beverly Hills. With over two years of phlebotomy experience before becoming a PA, she has a strong background in making patients feel comfortable during procedures involving needles. In her free time Erin enjoys snowboarding, attending concerts, watching sports, and traveling with her fiancé and their 2 corgi mixes.
Camille Ysebrands, LE
Having been raised in Santa Barbara and a surfer since childhood, Camille Ysebrands has always had a passion for handmade hair and skincare products to help with the damaging effects of the sun and salt water. In 1982, Camille became a licensed aesthetician and cosmetologist. Working as a hairstylist and make-up artist in the fashion industry for three years, she decided to open her first salon called “Camille Designs Hair Studio” in the college town of Isla Vista, California in 1985. Three years later and a few blocks away she opened her second business called Camille’s Essentials & Body Shoppe where she sold natural beauty products and also offered spa services such as facials, body treatments and massages. Camille’s clientele kept growing and and so did their need to have her open another location. Responding to the wishes of her South Coast clientele, she opened her third business in 1993 by fusing the salon & body shoppe concepts together to start the first “Day Spa” in Santa Barbara called “Camille The Day Spa, Salon & Essentials”. This new space offered everything from a full beauty retail store to a Bumble & Bumble Salon and French Sea Spa that included hydro-therapy, Vichy, skincare, body treatments, massages along with nail services. Later, Camille noticed a need for medical skincare treatments in a spa-type setting so she partnered up to start Artesia Medi-Spa in 2002, one of the first of its kind in California. Eventually she launched her own online skincare, body and haircare website at www.camillethedayspa.com for all her clients near and far to get the products they knew and loved without having to leave their homes. Today, Camille is still working esthetics and hair at two locations in Southern California while overseeing “The Sea Spa” at the Cabo Surf Hotel in San Jose Del Cabo, Mexico. Camille’s website, www.surfherskincare.com and www.camillethedayspa.com are still going strong and growing with new products every year.
